coming from a nexus 4 im a little lost. i want to get back to stock android if possible. ive flashed my nexus many times so im quite comfortable doing it.

i assume this is "sony's stock" and not a nexus 4 "google stock"?
i remember sony phones being difficult with the bootloaders and in the case of my old galaxy S development teams needing to build driver sets to ensure everything works since they weren't available from the samsung etc. are there any issues with custom roms on the Z3 not functioning 100% ?
i noticed sony recently announced allowing us to boot into recovery, will this change things and should i wait a little for new roms?
