In addition to completing the poll, please leave more specific information if you can - i.e., bricked downgrading from Lollipop to Kit Kat, took an OTA without flashing back to stock, was able to recover by doing xyz, was not able to recover, screen is black, can't get into bootloader mode, device only recognized as QHSUSB_DLOAD, had to do a warranty replacement, etc.
