[Q] Best clean/streamlined ROM? topic

Hi all,

I may root and install a custom rom on my tablet but just wondering which is the best one without alot of junk that would run quicker than stock Lollipop?

I have disabled most of the apps as I only use the tablet for movies/games/youtube, some net browsing.
