I have Sony Ericsson ST15i which was running Android 2.3.4. I woke up during the night because the phone was vibrating. The phone was constantly restarting and vibrating. I removed battery and reinserted. Still no luck.
After searching the web, I got here and after some reading, used Flashtools to flash stock firmware Xperia Mini (ST15i)_4.0.2.A.0.42_CE in Flashmode. Restarted the phone. After the phone powered on and 'Sony Ericsson' appeared on screen, the phone restarted and got stuck on animated logo. I flashed again with ST15i_4.0.2.A.0.62__1251-0020_. Still the same behaviour: stuck on logo after restarting. Now flashed again with (ST15i)_4.0.2.A.0.42_CE. Still stuck after restarting.
The phone was not rooted as far as I remember. Does anyone know the reason for this and how to repair the phone?
