Can't be heard while on speaker mode topic

Hi.
I recently replaced my screen.
Since then, when I do calls and enable speaker mode or use Skype with speaker, I can't be heard.
The issue is only with speaker mode.

Can someone tell me which part might be damaged?
I'm running Unofficial Beanstalk 5.0.2.
Rooted with stock Kernel.
