[Q] htc desire S S-on and no rom are installed topic

Hi everybody

I hop this is the right forum I have an issue with my HTC desire S 510e the S-on status and no rom are installed

I wipe the system, cache and I change hboot to his original wich is 0.98.0002

how can I flashmy device with any rom just to make it work , because it stop on fastboot screen and highlighted "security worning"
