Can I flash a GT-i9300T rom on my gt-i9300 s3?

its stuck up on SAMSUNG GALAXY SIII GT-i9300 and when i enter recovery mode it says :

cant mount /cache/recovery/last_log
and many more

please help me.. is flashing a rom is the solution in my problem?

   Heya! I realize this is kind of off-topic however I needed to
   ask. Does managing a well-established blog like yours take a
