[Q] it is important to flash modem&kernal with custom rom??? topic

Hello friends i want to know if it's important to flash modem and kernel after writing custom rom because always i am working a custom rom my modem version is the same
Now i shuld install new kernel? ?
I9500
Rom=Aurora 5.0.1 least 7.5
Modem=I9500XXHUHOD4
