Hello guys. I have the White D851 and it was on 4.4.2 and i wanted Lollipop so i try using the LG Mobile Support Tool and i get the error "Check serial and model number" so what i did i downloaded the D85120B_00.kdz and i put the phone on download mode and install it using LG Flash Tool. Now the phone shows me full signal bars but it is on emergency mode because i get the no service in notification and when i try to make a call it pop out the emergency only.I check the apn and i have the T-Mobile LTE apn there. I have tried installing the factory image and other kdz like D85110M_00.kdz and D85110R_00.kdz but is all the same the phone works but not the connection to call. Is there a way to fix this? BTW i have a black G3 and i can verify the sim is working with full LTE in the black one.
