So this is gonna sound strange.
I had a 32gb turbo with blue ballistic nylon. Got it about 2 months ago (actually as a replacement for one that had a Sim card reading issue). Woke up Sunday morning, checked my phone, which was on the charger, and everything working fine. Snoozed for about an hour and when I woke up again, my phone was completely blank and unresponsive. I tried everything. Holding volume up and power, just power, volume down and power, nothing. Put it back on the charger for a while, nothing. Plugged it into my computer, wouldn't recognize or mount: basically like nothing was there. Tried to take it to Verizon store, of course they are useless. The moto idiot basically ran through everything I tried already, and I ended up sending it in for a replacement.
This device was unrooted, fully updated (4.4.4) and with no mods or any damage.
I have had no issues with it, except for the day before, when it was similarly unresponsive. However, that time a hard reboot fixed it no problem.
I was wondering, has anyone else had this happen, or heard of this happening? I can't find any similar experiences anywhere. This phone seems to cause most people no problems at all.
