I'm facing an issue which is contrary to what most people experience with kitkat restrictions. I cannot download anything to my internal storage. All torrent apps give me a "permission denied" error, and when I check to see my apps directory, it does show that it's internal storage, but says it's read only. However, if I change it to External Storage(SDcard), it works fine.
How can I make my phone be able to download into is own internal storage?
running stock, up to date, and rooted.
