I Just bought a LG Optimus G Pro and it is randomly shutting down or locking up to the point of where I have to pull the battery. Sometimes, I pull the battery and it still wont turn on so, I pull the battery again and it turns back on. Does anyone have a clue as to might what be wrong? Thanks for any help.

There is no family history for diabetic issues and he has never had any one of these problems before.
