How to get S-OFF Desire 510 CID HTC__0059 topic

I have a Desire 510 device, now it can't run because i flash rom fail.
I can't find RUU file for my device.
Now i can't get S-OFF on my device. I want to change CID to Supper CID to flash new rom.
Please help me to get S-OFF on this device.

   Even now my medical professional prescribes Lipitor as well as I have it but do not take it.
   I will not take it up until I find out more concerning this drug.
