I'm facing small shutters while playing video on my mobile through stock player/ vlc/ MV player HW mode. If I play through sw mode in MV player it plays smoothly .And it's happening after rooting my mobile .
One more thing... cpu usage is idling around 10-22%.
Plz help me.
