Quick question, just sold nexus 6 on Ebay. Wiped device and shipped it. Buyer is now getting message on boot up to enter my email address and password (sure this is due to being encrypted right?) He has tried doing a factory reset in recovery but still getting same log in screen when booting. Curious what the fix is for this.
