Correct me if I am wrong :
It seems easy to root (using toolkits) and UNROOT the g3 if I had to return it to stock (to ask for a refund...),

I want to be sure before testing my new LG that's coming on Monday...
Installing a recovery twrp needs more reading, especially if the device is already out of box with lollipop ...
Which aosp Rom should I install to get a more quicker device?
Does it make the device less laggy, you know when we want to return on home desktop after using an app for 30 minutes, it can take 3/4 seconds with the stock device.... You see what I mean?
