This post is to inform everyone that the MetroPCS Galaxy S6 does not have Download Booster unfortunately. But there is a solution, since the MetroPCS S6 and the T-mobile S6 are the same all you have to do is find the SM-G920T firmware on sammobile.com download it and install it thru Odin 3.09 and there you have it.
