I don't get proper wifi coverage to my office, and I have a very generous data plan. So I keep my hotspot on while the phone is on the charger for about 5 hours every day. I have a horrible feeling that this may be killing the battery. Normally I wouldn't care if the battery was easily replaceable like before. How bad is this for the battery and how can I minimize the damage?
